Matt Steadman – Past President

Matt Steadman is a Senior Equity Trader at Russell Investments (~$300b AUM) where he is responsible for Asia trading across Developed, Emerging, and Frontier markets for Russell Investments Funds and third-party client accounts.

Matt began his equity trading career in 2002, during a period of rapid growth for the Benson Small Cap Value Team at Wells Capital Management. Prior to joining Russell Investments, he was a Global Equity Trader for Rainier Investment Management where he was responsible for Best Execution across Large Cap, Small Cap and International strategies

He graduated with a B.A in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Economics from Washington State University. He is a former President of both the Seattle Security Traders Association and the Security Traders Association of Portland. Licensed Registered Representative, FINRA Series 7, 24, 57, 63.
